I became a first time customer last fall when my vehicle needed routine maintenance. The experience was great and everyone was genuinely caring and professional. In January , I was pleasantly surprised to receive a handwritten note thanking me for my business. When I found myself in need of having my car interior detailed this week I immediately called John’s and they got me right in. The outcome was perfect, exactly what I expected.
