These people are AMAZING! Friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented! I had an SOS call on my vehicle and thought it would be days to restore. Even with the challenging situation they worked this out and made my day! No rental car needed! I love these guys!

4/26/22 7:30 Appointment for oil change and 4 tires, waited for car to be serviced. Left at 8:45, excellent service and tire pricing.

This was our first service at John’s Auto and it was excellent! Everyone we spoke to over the phone and in person was polite and helpful. We brought our car in to figure out why the AC wasn’t working and they found a very reasonable fix and performed the work in the same day. We will definitely be back!

I had multiple issues, starting with a burned out fuel pump. I’d been waiting for such an occasion to also address the problems with my shifter and the gas cap, according to the warnings when it started up. They took care of everything except the gas cap thing, but they tried to do the simplest fix to see if that would work. It didn’t, but that’s a work in progress. I’ll go back next week to see if we need to go further into that issue. It was expensive, but that’s just what quality costs. Phone communication was great, timely, and clear. I’ll definitely use John’s again! Update: they took care of my fuel sensor issues. One day job. Had a loaner. All good. In fact, although their hours start at 7, I was there early, and another guy and I were allowed in to get the ball rolling. Not everyone would do that.

Very good experience dropped my car off for transmission issues on a wendsday and had it back by afternoon Thursday. The lady and man at the front counter were extremely nice and there was a cute doxen my daughter got to play with very good customer service
