I can't imagine there being a better repair experience that at John's. Absolute perfect work, friendly staff, and a comfortable waiting area immediately come easily to mind.

Thoughtful, friendly, and great work! I was referred here by a friend and I would never go anywhere else! When I was stuck in Canada because of transmission trouble, I called John's Auto and they walked me through what to expect, how much it should cost, and they even emailed me additional information - that's customer service! The amount of time they spent on me even though I would not be going to them for the service shows a level of professionalism and thoughtfulness I have only seen from family. And that's exactly what I have come to think of them as - family.

Best tire shop in Syracuse. They truly look out for their clients best interest. I have been coming here for years for my tires and other items. I wouldn't trust anyone else to supply the kicks for my truck. Ask about the Goodyear Card and it's advantages!

Love the people at John's Auto Care, friendly & helpful. Appointments went as scheduled, work done was spot on and in the amount of time they indicated. Waiting room was clean & welcoming. Fresh coffee & snacks were available for those that wanted to wait. Highly recommend!

John's Auto Care's service is unparalleled. They were incredibly friendly, very affordable, and definitely went above and beyond in everything that they did for me. As I left they had fresh apples and drawings for baskets of cool stuff. It seems that they just go above and beyond for their customers. I will be coming back. (Hopefully not too soon!)
