For more than 25 years I’ve been taking my vehicles to the dealers for all services and repairs. I was in need of an immediate brake repair and decided to find a repair shop closer to home. I read the reviews about John’s Auto Care and found some familiar names that gave high marks .... so I took a chance and brought my vehicle in. To sum it up: pleasant staff, easy to work with, no pressure selling of add-on repairs, fair pricing and stand behind their work. Thank you for the quick brake repair! Hands down the best Auto shop in the entire cny area. They are always honest about what is going on with the vehicles they take care of. I took my 2005 GTO to John's with a bad vibration in the front end that has gotten worst over the years. Bill test drove the car brought it back and put it up on the lift and discovered both front tires had broken belts. John's staff replaced the tires, no easy task with wide rims and low profile performance tires, but John's has the high end equipment required and the staff to get the job done. John recommended a four wheel alignment and sure enough both the front and rear wheels were out of alignment. This car now rides and handles better than when it was new. This car had been to a number of shops over the years, John and his fine staff solved the problem.
