Outstanding “fix it right the first time” approach, reasonable pricing, and several ways to pay.

Had my Cadillac in for a check engine light/overheat. Then decided to have the defrost fixed there too. Not only did they chip up my wood trim inside trying to get to the defrost (never bothered telling me), but they threw in a “free” headlight restoration which was never asked for and chipped the paint in multiple places around my lights (also didn’t mention it to me). I have the new headlights sitting in my garage so myself not my husband would’ve ever asked them to touch them. Was just going to replace the trim inside which will cost another couple hundred and say nothing, but seeing the swirls from the buffer on my clear coat and the chips in the paint, I’m fuming.

Thoughtful, friendly, thorough and great work! I was referred here by a friend and I would never go anywhere else! When I was stuck in Canada because of transmission trouble, I called John's Auto and they walked me through what to expect, how much it should cost, and they even emailed me additional information - that's customer service! The amount of time they spent on me even though I would not be going to them for the service shows a level of professionalism and thoughtfulness I have only seen from family. And that's exactly what I have come to think of them as - family.
