On March 9th I `thought' I had a minor issue with my car, so I called the dealership to ask if i could have it towed there and looked at. I was informed the soonest they could look at it was March 25th. No - that was unacceptable. In panic mod my colleagues suggested Johns Auto. They said if my car could be towed there, they would be able to look at it Thursday or Friday. They called me Thursday and what I was hoping was minor ended up being major! Well they were able to order the part and told me it hopefully be there on Friday March 18th. Not too bad because of part shortages and shipping. The part was delivered on Tuesday March 22nd and today March 25th. Can not blame anyone for the delay in delivery BUT during that time, Mark and Bill kept me in the loop and continously updated on delay etc. The personnel were kind and pleasant during our phone conversations. I was not a number, but a customer who was treated like a person. I was very pleased with the service given, professional all the way. Thank you eveyone !
